A.Equipment Function and Configuration

1. PLC programmable controller controls the production process.

3. Base paper(Jumbo Roll Paper) is pneumatically uploaded onto machine. It has a device to control tension of paper when it is unwinded.

2. It is operated and controlled by man-computer dialogue, with displayed production parameters. Equipment stops automatically when paper is broken.

4. The rewinding process of the product is tight first and loose afterward, with its tension adjustable.

 5. Paper core replacement, glue spraying and paper cutting carry through automatically and sequentially.

6. Embossing Pattern will be decided by clients

7. Bearing, electric component and synchronous belt are of famous brand.

8. Option:(will require additional cost from the buyer):according to client's requirement, we can equip machine with double embossing units, 1-3 color printing device(steel roller to rubber roller, point to point)

9.Glue-lamination device can be installed to produce kitchen paper.

10. Color printing device can be equipped on machine.

11.It can produce the toilet paper roll and kitchen towel with glue between 2 plies.
